I came across this little book recently – the way of F**k it.
A great little guide for those who have tried chanting, meditating, yoga, affirmations and all those other wonderful self help methods.
One of my favourite quotes is:
F**k it. We’re going to teach you the best thing we have learnt from 30 years of meditation, 25 years of tai chi and qugong, 10 (long) years of yoga, 1000′s of books and the bloody University of Life: You don’t have to do anything to be okay.
And another goodie:
Say F**k it to lost dreams,
And find the dream in eveything instead.
So say F**k it today dreamers and do something you wouldn’t normally do.
